Honolulu's New Trash Ordinance

The failure of the City’s new Bulk Trash ordinance... It’s just the Mayor’s way to force us to pay additional fees/taxes...when we start screaming, he’ll say “I need more $$$ to clean” and everyone frustrated by the filth will say “okay” just clean it up and we will pay 💰 so then there are more dollars for the rail...he wins and we lose...gamesmanship at it’s finest... ©
